My computer was not opening and I could not use it. I was in deep trouble as clients w-2s needed to be processed. I did not expect Live Support on a Sunday. i thougtht i would get a call on Monday. However Live-Tech, Jeremy was most helpful. He cleared up all of the problems and eliminated many items that were in my computer. I recommend your company to all friends & associates.
